In Gateway II, you again guide a robot, through a dream-like setting, in order to solve numerous and varied mini-puzzles for a seemingly unknown purpose (though a purpose there is, as you soon discover). Using well-placed musical cues and subtle environmental sound the author has created a virtual world that draws you in from the moment you launch the game. The setting and aesthetics are so enticing and mysterious, it doesn't matter at first that you don't know what your ultimate goal is (or indeed if you have one). submitted 03/14/2007

Placing your skill points properly is vital to winning this game. Every attribute has a particular advantage. At the character creation screen, hover over the attribute to see what it does. After creating your gladiator, buy weapons or armor in the nearby shops and enter the arena!
In the arena, you will be matched with an opponent. You can look at his stats to study him. After you accept the challenge, there are several commands you can have your gladiator perform. I would recommend to taunt your opponent then attack him when he comes close. Just keep an eye on your energy and health gauges. submitted 02/03/2007
